The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘yuj’ meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to unite’.
The practice aims to create union between body , mind and spirit.
Sara is a compassionate and intuitive instructor known for tailoring each class to suit the unique needs of her students.
Trained in various types of Yoga - Vinyasa, Yin & Hatha.
Sara is also qualified as a personal trainer and an Animal Flow instructor.
Sara customises her classes from gentle for beginners or more dynamic for those who want to intensify their practise. Whether you're seeking greater flexibility, strength, breath awareness, emotional balance, or self-acceptance, Sara will create your class one-on-one, a group session, face to face or online to support your personal journey and intentions.
Sara is dedicated to helping others tap into their own inner strength, whether in times of challenge or wellness, and makes it her mission to create a safe environment where everyone can 'Tune In', stretch, strengthen their bodies, have fun and experience the healing power and magic that Yoga brings.
