Sound is us, It is all around us and within us. We are sound and vibration, and we are all connected by it.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote healing, thus providing balance to body, mind and spirit.
Sound is known to travel through solids and liquids as a vibrational energy thus reaching deep within our human bodies.
The key principal of sound healing is resonance, different parts of the body and its cells have their own resonant frequencies. By exposing the body to specific sound frequencies, the aim is to cause resonance in targeted areas, providing a sense of balance and wellbeing.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique that provides relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing.
It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us, causing us to be alive. If one’s life force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed.
Reiki originated in Japan and its name , broken down means “spiritually guided life force energy “.
Bev is trained in and practices within the Usui lineage.
She brings a grounded, and deeply connected approach to her healing sessions.
