Meditation

The word Meditation has roots in Latin and French and means “ to think, contemplate, devise, ponder”.
Meditation is a practice that crosses cultural and religious boundaries, and is a multifaceted practice with various paths of exploration through the inner workings of mind and spirit.
Simply put, it is a practice of slowing, taking time, connecting with spirit and allowing in that which comes from beyond what our brains create.
Bev hosts both in person and online, one to one and in groups.
Her warm presence creates a welcoming space for individuals of all levels to connect with their bodies , breath, mind and spirit.
